Ability to Stop a Show Already in Progress
Currently when a show starts there is no way to stop. If it doesn't start correctly or if there is breaking news and you want change what is on air you have to wait until the show was to begin to change your programming.

To have the ability to stop an event once it has started, in case the wrong event has been programmed in error
Thomas Lowman Merged
With the ability to either reset or stop events when they go off track will allow us to correct issues on our end also having a way to delete an event and re-enter the event in a way the system can determine to play the correct event.

We tried to override the event, but it's like a runaway train. Once the event starts, there is no way to override or stop it. We ended up creating a new event and scheduled it at the end of a repeat show this system played in error. We had promoted the time for this show and had to apologize and push the latest show back a few hours.
