Ability to see in REALTIME what city, state, country listeners are tuning in from

There was a time in previous versions of Live 365 that we were able to see specifically what city and state the listeners came from. However in the newer version I no longer see the ability to do so. It now "Countries" and under the location section, it only list the city but does not list the state which was very helpful in the past. Can you bring back that feature please.

In Real-Time Analytics, you could move the Countries tab to the Session and save a tab that would be useful and make more sense to the analyst.

Please add on the Country Tab of the Historical Ststs to drill down from County to State (to city would be awesome). While I'm on Vacation and some of my friends, we leave my Promo Postcards at different locations across the US. I even post on Electronic Sign boards (Sofa Signs). It would be nice to see more details on my listeners are from (State and City). Just a total of USA does not help. You record this information on the real time dashboard, so you have it.

I work in the IT Field and manage many wepages, and this is something that even the most basic Stats service supply. Google Analytics, and Intuit Homestead has a nice one built in. I have used many different services that track a lot of information down to the Monitor Size, Screen Settings, etc.

I know that the user location isn't always accurate. I have a listener that listens alot. Usually it will only be her so I know it's her and I know her location. I've seen it show 3 different locations even though she's always listening from the same place. I mention the locations to her and she doesn't even know where they are. Yes, state would help also.
