I would like to see more specific historical report data from the U.S. cities and states.
Yes, I really like this idea! We used to be able to view historical stats by country, state, and city. I kept track of all of those numbers. I know I'm a total geek, but seeing where everyone is tuning in from is exciting to me.
A history of listeners that was listening compared to real time. Or a log type of past history listeners.
Are there any plans to get more specific with regard to Real Time Analytics? For example I see Freeport. I can tell by the map it's in the United States. The only problem is there's Freeport, TX, Freeport NY, Freeport FL. Jou get the idea.
Including the states would be a BIG help.
The more data the better!
I've noticed with the new platform that it only shows the name of the town or city..No state or country. Is there a way of getting that back to view?
Since the upgrade to the new dashboard, we can no longer see the State in real time stats, only the city. The State needs to be shown as well since City names are shared among States.

I would like to see the states added to the locations as well as the cities to the new dashboard.
Today you can get (under Historical) Listener's, Country and Platform. On real time you can see cities, but when I want to look back to target certain areas it only gives Country.
Would be nice if under Historical it showed Cities too :)
Under Analyticis, when users click historical, and click the number for that day, open a window or page that lists the sessions for that day. When we view Realtime we can see each session, but do not have ability to review sessions for the day.
I agree. I use the city/state information to run promos on the stream (like "Thanks for listening in Peoria, Illinois. We're glad you found us on Live365!). With the state/country information missing, it's harder to do those promos with that information missing!
I was just switched over to the new dashboard (blue bossa nova), and was dismayed to see that you no longer show state or even country for realtime listeners. Since I like tracking my listeners in a separate spreadsheet, I no longer have the ability to distinguish users when their city name is the same but they could be in any one of a number of states (for example, Springfield)
Request that you bring back the viewing of upcoming tracks as well as the previously played. I used it quite often. Thanks!

Upgrade analysis package to better define listeners
Before the upgrade to the new experience we could get listener stats granularly to the hour. The new interface gives us only the reaches per day. Would it be possible to get hourly details that I could pass on to my DJs. It doesn't even have to be graphic. Tabular data would be fine.
YEs this would be helpful useful for the UK too
Listener history indicating country and state should really not be an option, it should be considered A NECESSITY. Exactly who was responsible for removing that functionality? Seems to me if it was there before, it should simple enough to put back. Just go ahead and fix it.
Used to be able to see state of listener as well as town and also country as well as town / city. Now only get town / city.
Yes please put back the state as well as the city like it was before the update. Very important in acknowledging listeners.
I'd like to see more history information for the last 24 hours: location, time, etc.
Please consider options to let us drill deeper into our listenership. First it would be great to know what hours of the day people are listening. This would allow more informed programming decisions to be made. Additionally the real time CITY information could be amended to include STATE and/or COUNTRY. Lastly, unique vs repeat listeners would also be great metrics for broadcasters to track outreach. This would all be great historical information as well.Thank you in advance for all you can do to help us both create stronger brand relationships!
My guess is there's work going on behind the scenes on this, but I would desperately love to see any kind of improvement on the listener stats. The information provided now isn't really all that useful.
Please add city and state.
I'd vote to have the town and state provided as before. Don't need or want a specific listener address. Do we have a vote? :)
It's really important that the state is shone with the city like it used to be before the update.

We need to know what state and what country a listener is in and when they tuned in.
I would love to have a report that was available under the old platform where you can see the city and state, whether they were Mid-Atlantic, South Atlantic, Mid-west, South Central - Mid West and Northwest and West. Would love to not only see the states but the cities and how many listeners from those cities. Also, in the old report you were able to see the listener stats from Sunday to Saturday and the time frame. This will be helpful for selling sponsorship or ad space to businesses that want to advertise in certain cities during peak and off peak times. Also I would love to know what is the average listening time as well during these time frames.
It would be nice to have as part of the historical analytics, a breakdown of the total number of listeners by daypart. For example, I would like to know how many people tuned in during the morning (6-10), mid-day (10-2), early afternoon (2-6 PM), evening (6-10) etc. Hourly would be perfect, but I can settle for time blocks. That information is a great help when trying to sell time on the station and when fine tuning my clockwheels and playlists.

In the historical section, can you PLEASE show the following LOCATION and DURATION? It nice in Realtime, but needed in Historical too.

Yes, this would be a big help. Seeing just the numbers don't really help. As I market across the City, State, and Country, it helps to know where everyone comes from. Where am I doing a good job and where do I need to reach out to.
more specific data would be awesome, I have several different DJs that do live shows and would like to narrow down statistic by the hour like it was before to see where new ideas may need considered
