Thomas CallahanThe old Live365 had this, but I never relied on it unless there were high disconnects on a track, since at some point listener has to disconnect while listening to a track. The thumbs up and down however were valuable.

Paula Stotts MergedMetrics on songs such as number of times played (daily, weekly, monthly) number of listeners during song, etc

Satch ReedIt also would be good if you could track duration of time spent by each listener. This would give you a better handle on how well people enjoyed your selection of music. Also, if you showed a drop-off of listener times, it could be an indication that your offerings were getting stale and should be updated, etc....

Jaymie Bowles MergedA report on how many times a specific track was listened to, or how many listeners tuned into a prerecorded program at a certain time.

Progressive Rock AZUSAI used the report on the old LIVE365 to produce and broadcast a top 10 show monthly. Would like to see this function return to the new LIVE365.

Maggie GiamalvoYes, please! I used to save all of my daily listener information from the old Live365. I'm a numbers person and need trackable data.

Malcham MatthewsThis would be perfect. I'm friends with DJs and artists who would be happy to see if their songs are the most played and they can get the word out.

Ron PelletierHaving this feature is invaluable to those of us who report air play to labels, promoters, tracking entities such as JazzWeek, etc. Would be beyond terrific to have this implemented again in the "new" Live365 reports.

Don AdkissonThis is what I would like to see added to Live365. The old 365 had these features as well and were very helpful, especially in reporting stats to a trade.

AntoinettePLEASE add this function!! I used the old Live 365 reports as team builders when reporting end of month numbers as well sending reports to labels, DJs and Artists who are interested in how well their song did on our station.

C jonesThis would be a great feature I could use for charting purposes. The old live 365 had something similar as well as a way listeners could rate the songs.

J Neo Marvin/Ear Candle RadioAll of these suggestions are great, especially adding a rating system so we can create charts, and a cross-referencing ability so we can check what playlists a track in our library has been added to.

DianeJust new to launching our station and finding that there's no way to pull any tracks played list, especially for AutoDJ. When you really don't know what was played when using Auto, it would be good so you can have a look and see that information to make sure there are no DMCA violations when using AutoDJ. It would also be great to be able to provide playlists to PR, Labels, Management and artists who've pitched you to play their music.
1. Count by Artist
2. Count by Song Title
3. Count by Played -

David BrownI’m new to this but have already been told from some in our industry if we want to become a “real” station and have the ability to chart we MUST have a spin count to submit to these magazines. Please could this be added to the reports section so we can see monthly spins for the songs played.

Diane WebbThis feature request has been on the list for almost 2 years now, this is a pretty important feature to have. When will Live365 make this feature are reality? I've only been with you guys now for 6 months and it's a vital need to be able to let other music companies I do business with know what we have been playing.

SakeBito at Amanogawa Express"Date Added" is particularly essential to keeping content fresh. Without it (like now,) the only way to keep track of how long a song has been running, therefore how stale and in need of swapping it might be, is hazy memory - or a manual offline record or spreadsheet or something, which is a boatload of extra work nobody needs. And nothing turns off listeners (literally,) like songs that have gotten tired just for duration on the playlist.

RonPlease, detailed analytic data per track, # of plays per track etc.

Robyn from Black Gospel Radio 365This was such a great feature in the original Live365 platform. One of the greatest for me was the It would identify "exit" tracks and what was favorited or disliked most. Invaluable programming tool!! Date Added is also an awesome stat to help keep content fresh!!
-

RyanYES YES YES! Detailed per track data, and per category data, and anything that would allow us to track which songs are playing and when would be very helpful!!!

Maggie G.This was suggested 2 1/2 years ago. How long does a feature request have to be under consideration before it actually gets implemented. MANY broadcasters want this feature and other analytic tracking features. PLEASE... make them happen.

-

James H BeckerI could see this having value in the case of scheduled playlist where the broadcaster made the decision to play the track. All other tracks coming from AutoDJ, their stats would be based on the Live365 random selection....??

Romeo St.Pierre MergedI'd love to have the capability to downloading monthly stats for artist cuts, local spots, etc. that were played on my station for the previous month. These logs should also show the most popular & and least popular music cuts. I want to be able to attract local advertisers but at present time I have no way of showing how many times their ad played during the month.

scott w mackinnonGreat Idea. It would be so helpful if any kind of information on the screen, or a spreadsheet, data, could be generated and downloaded. I am thinking that if it can show data about the total count of plays of each song.. so that if a track has "zero" plays, (in Auto DJ mode) - this would be an indicator that the song's meta data or tags are incorrect.
I hope it can be a reality. Thank you -

Kevin HarrisI see all the comments asking for this feature. Does Live365 look at these, and give solid answers like yes it is happening, or no it is not? I would figure this would be a no-brainer for any station that has countdowns or has to report spins.

Dan PettegrewI'm using the Live365 automation software to program our station. The only way I can create track history reports is to schedule clockwheels and playlists on the events grid, click on an event, select the tracks button and copy and paste the scheduled tracks into a spreadsheet. I, manually, have to extract all of the station ids, live365 breaks and station breaks from the spreadsheet. I also have to manually create a column for the track dates. I need to generate them to determine if our music library is being scheduled within their 7-day history cycle. Our historical analytics isn't accurate and we have no way of tracking listeners, except by monitoring the station using the realtime analytics. This enhancement would be very advantageous and beneficial to station programmers and marketing directors using this platform. It's great that Live365 is offering music licensing with our monthly streaming service fees, but we also need to have access to our station analytics too.

DerrickI agree. I have some artists who submit may miss a show or not here the song they sent me play. This makes some o them think that I'm not spinning the songs. There should also be a way to prove to indie artists that their songs are being played.
