Broadcaster Server Controls

Controls on the Broadcaster admin that allows me to turn off/on and reset my streaming server. This could help clear up nagging issues, disconnect unwanted listeners, and cleanly close my station if I cancel.

back to kicking someone off the stream - just an overall package of management features would be great.
