I do not know that this is possible. We've talked about this in ticket conversations, Grey Cloud Radio. The Icecast protocol only allows for 1 remote session at a time.
Would the DJ's be in the same location? If so, this could be accomplished using a mixer.

No, the 2 broadcasters are in different states. It would be great.
