Drag and drop from library to playlist

It's already possible to drag and drop tracks within the playlist itself, but it is not possible to drag a track from your library and drop it exactly where you want it in your playlist.

It does waste time scrolling to the bottom and dragging it up when I could just drag from the library to the desired placement.
