Preview tracks inside of playlist view

  For clarification, this would let the broadcaster preview a track while in playlist mode, as compared to having to exit the playlist editor and switch to the track library. We might want to consider enabling the entire track editor screen in the playlist module, not just the preview button.

  I would like to see this improvement as well since I create and schedule a multitude of Playlists.
