Ability to broadcast ads in Canada

We are just south of the Canadian border and less than 50 miles from Vancouver, B.C. We air programs in English and Mandarin and also play some Christian music in Mandarin. Vancouver and its surrounding cities have a sizeable Chinese population, and there are several terrestrial stations in that area that broadcast solely in Mandarin.

The border between Canada and the U.S. remains closed for now due to the pandemic, but when it's open, thousands of Canadians come to our area to shop because things like gas and dairy products are considerably cheaper here, as are many other things.

We'd like to be able to air our custom ads in Canada so that businesses on this side of the border can Let Canadians know of sales, services, etc. before they travel here.
