Mobile Web - Make the billing section usable on any mobile web browser

Recently I needed to change my credit card on file for payment of my monthly fees. My station runs on AutoDJ, and my laptop was having some work done on it at the shop. I did not have a computer to update my credit/debit card on my account. The ability to make these changes should be available on our smart phones and tablets.
