Global Search to locate specific files in Playlists or Events

When we change a show's time slot, all our promos are updated as well, but trying to go through all the playlists and clock wheels to find where they are sitting could take days. There needs to be a more efficient way to find out where a specific file is sitting without combing through dozens and dozens of playlists.
