Add Artist as choice in ClockWheels

In addition to category codes to select a song in clockwheels, the ability to select the name of an artist so that one of their songs plays randomly - I know it could be done by putting every artist name individually as a category code but that would make it harder to manage the codes (too many) and most stations have a lot of music up already so going back and adding the codes would take a lot of work.
