Feature suggestion: prepaid / top-up account balance for broadcasters
I wanted to share a small feature suggestion that I think could benefit both broadcasters and Live365.
It would be really useful to have an optional prepaid or top-up account balance system, where broadcasters can add credit to their account in advance and have monthly station fees deducted from that balance automatically.
This could help with:
Budgeting and cash-flow flexibility (especially for independent and growing networks)
Avoiding short off-air periods if a payment date falls between pay cycles
Easier management for broadcasters running multiple stations on different plans
Reducing failed payments or temporary suspensions due to timing issues
Many other subscription-based platforms offer a similar wallet or credit system alongside standard recurring billing, and it works very well for users who want to plan ahead or pay in larger chunks when funds are available.
I completely understand that recurring billing works for most cases, but offering a top-up option

Jake LeonardI actually like this idea, mainly because it has a practical use.
Sure, it might require a slight revamping of the billing system to account for all stations, but I do believe this is possible.
Yes, recurring billing is king in most billing scenarios, but you don't know the financial situation of one independent broadcaster vs. another.
I've had both of my regular stations offline because it has been 2-3 days after the bill payment deadline. Had there been the top-up option that Jayden is suggesting, it is 100% possible that my stations would have never gone off the air.
Because, yes, you're able to pay the bill this month, but what about next month or the following month after that? Allowing such a feature would allow us to top off whatever we want and -- to borrow from a line from the Ron Popeil informercials, "set it and forget it," not having to worry if our station(s) end up off the air at any point in time.
