LiveDJ - An alert on with ads packages if ad trigger metadata is not coming through
When ad trigger metadata doesn't come through from your playout program to the server, no paid ads are triggered. We should get an alert to let us know that ads have not played in a while to ensure that we don't miss out on ad revenue.

JamesHow is this possible? I've been using the Ads supplied by Live365 in my rotation, both clock wheel and playlist and never had a problem.

Shawn Minisall AdminJames, this only occurs when not sending us the Ad Trigger metadata in LiveDJ mode. If you're using ClockWheels and Playlists in AutoDJ/Scheduled mode, you don't have to worry.

Hubert, Vibe 88.5If your streaming software shows real time metadata logs you can tell if your playout package missed it. Once Butt for example transmits an AD_BREAKXXXXX your job is done. If L365 blows it off that's on them. If you want a notification the solution would be in a feature added to the streaming software.
