DMCA compliance tool for making playlists

It would be helpful to add an APP to our host platform to confirm the playlist conforms with DMCA compliance while building a playlist before attempting to add the playlist to a schedule. The APP would verify while adding songs to the playlist, that the song or album is not redundant by keeping track of and comparing additions to the list. You have the DCMA compliance verification tool on the scheduler. Why not move it to the playlist tool to verify while making a playlist, or on both to double check compliance? Cheers!
