A second test station for training
I have been an owner for over 10 years and I have always had two encoders. This is the first time I have not had a second encoder to use for training new DJ's on. It was not for public use at all. Can you add one in that would not count toward my TLH ?

Philip AdminTLH must always be counted if the general pubic is able to tune in to a stream. This applies to the station owner as well as the DJ's, as there must be licensing in place even to listen to your own station. However, there may still be a technical way we could provide a "sandbox" environment to test things out without actually being on the air.
We'd need to learn more about how our broadcasters might use this feature in order to consider how it could be designed. -

James H Becker MergedNot sure if this has been request or if it's even possible. With a station first comes on line or when a broadcaster upgrades equipment, there may be a need to run a few sound checks. Not just local but if possible, provide a way to actually run a live 'test' stream NOT on your actual station but perhaps through some sort of 'test' area.
