Reintroduce the API for statistics relay

I would like to see Live365 re-implementing an API to enable broadcasters to obtain the amount of currently active listeners on the new dashboard.

Background:

My radio playout automation software mAirList uses the Icecast-reported number of listeners to log that data together with the playout history, thereby enabling broadcasters to determine statistically which songs are most likely to lose or gain listeners.

I think this is a critical. Knowing who is listening and when will help to build listenership. It does me no good to find out 24 hours later how many people listened at some time yesterday!! We need useful metrics.
