Match event duration to length of playlist
I know this would require some serious programming but it would be really helpful if, when I "Create A New Event" to add to the schedule, the Total Running Time (TRT) of the selected playlist would automatically populate in the DURATION field... and then adjust the start/stop times appropriately when I add it to the schedule. Automation systems used on a professional level always have this type feature and it would really be helpful here... especially since most folks have difficulty adding TIME. (which operates on a base of 60 rather than 100)

Ali MergedMy 16-seconds station ID would play 4 times in a row because the Event Duration dropbox doesn't indicate seconds, only WHOLE minutes and hours, so the ID is forced to fill up an entire minute by repeating itself.

Mary Alice MergedAgreed. The more specific one can be in scheduling the better. I have the same problem so to the minute and second is critical in scheduling.

Mike OLi MergedIs it possible to re-encode design the track 'duration' to countdown 5 minutes prior to ending - to totally (the track) disengage or become enactive; this will prevent encroachment (song repeat) in the upcoming hour?

Mary Layton MergedFor those of us who aren't maths geniuses, would it be possible to have the playlist running length calculation take into account any cross-fade settings within a playlist? Even if it were limited to a single type of crossfade (eg: a default crossfade that could over-ride our own crossfade type preference just for the playlist instance), it would be helpful if the calculated length time matched what the actual run-time (with crossfading) would be.
