Time display option in Account Settings: "24 hour" vs. "12 hour"

Time displays across screens mixes between the 24 hour "military" clock (i.e. 13:00) and the "civilian" clock (i.e. 1:00 PM). Allow us to decide which option we prefer in the account settings. Then ensure all screens that display time adhere to the setting.

Yergz MergedIt would be beneficial, especially for us talk / news stations, to have a clock, with at least local time, on the dashboard. Maybe three programable clocks to local, plus two other time zones? Include second hand so we can say, "Top of the hour at the beep..."
