Analytics page - Clarify Country Abbreviations and enable filter by TLH

The two-letter country abbreviations on the Analytics page is difficult to decipher except in commonly-used ones like "NL" and "DE" - I would recommend changing to the full country name for clarity. Also, the sole filter criterion I need for the country list is high-to-low TLH, so I'd recommend adding TLH as a filter option for the list.

This isn't as important to me since I only broadcast in the US, Canada, and UK, but it would be nice to know where people are attempting to listen to my station before they're kicked off. If I knew where the attempts were being made, I could try to figure out a licensing deal for that country.
