Sort library tracks by upload date in playlist editor
We would like to be able to sort the tracks from the playlist editor view by upload date.
Ideally, they will be sorted out by upload date as a default sorting option.

Add a description field for playlists
As a broadcaster, I would like a description field on the playlist form, so I can put explicit details regarding the kinds of music that should be added to the playlist.
