Ability to pull statistics and Export to CSV : Tracks and Playlists, number of disconnects when track/playlist played, number of spins/listens, Date Added, Playlists the track appears in, listening hours (for playlists), etc.

Include Market Competitive Analytics so that broadcasters can know how their Station compares to other similar Stations. This includes TLH, # of listeners, etc
Additional functionality should include a way to Export the Track Library to CSV , separate from including the listener or broadcast data.

jerry MergedIt would be great if i could export my track library to XLS format so i can easily look to see what i have loaded up vs search song by song. if it could include play data that would be great also. by play data i mean "song a | artist | album | category | type | date added | # of plays
something like that would tell me what autodj is doing and give me a better idea if i need to clockwheel some music over others to even it out or put more weight on a given song. i'll make another request for that. :)

Thomas CallahanThe old Live365 had this, but I never relied on it unless there were high disconnects on a track, since at some point listener has to disconnect while listening to a track. The thumbs up and down however were valuable.

Satch ReedIt also would be good if you could track duration of time spent by each listener. This would give you a better handle on how well people enjoyed your selection of music. Also, if you showed a drop-off of listener times, it could be an indication that your offerings were getting stale and should be updated, etc....

bruce MergedThe old Live365 had this reporting feature which was great for helping to decide which songs to drop out of rotation. This report also worked in telling us which songs listeners liked best.

Rich MergedThe ole Live365 did this back in the day. The issue was that when people just quit listening for whatever reason or there were multiple connect/disconnects, the results were not really helpful. They reflected a drop rate but not much else. I think a thumbs up/down feature, although not perfect, would end of reflecting a better overall picture ;)

Brian Admin MergedA different aspect of this just came up from a ticket. It would be nice if the track count updated according to your selection. For example, if you set the Library search and filter to "Talk" and "weekend", then the total tracks meeting those criteria would be reflected and not the total of all tracks.

Jay Goldberg MergedI know that expanded reports are planned, but I wanted to shed light on one way they could be used. All over the Internet, radio stations have polls, especially for indie artists. The problem is that the vast majority of people who vote are not people who listen to the station, or even know the song they are voting on, they just vote for a friend or because someone asked them to vote. I would love to be able to have a poll where only people who were listening could vote. I would include the town, state and time listening as mandatory fields in the voting form, and then use the history report to verify that the voter was listening (I know the town may not match exactly). This could change people from asking others to vote, to asking them to tune in so they can vote.

Mike MergedPlease consider adding the total number of unique listeners (based on different ip address) over a given time frame. Currently the historical reports appear to only provide the total number of sessions. Unique listeners is better for understanding how many actual people listened (as opposed to the set of people listening several times a day). i.e. Are we reaching new listeners via marketing efforts, etc?
A report showing repeat listener count is useful for determining if people like what they hear. -

Rafe MergedOur library consists of songs uploaded by a few different individuals. Songs are then categorized to fit within the format and Clock/Wheel. It would be great if there were a print function which would allow us to print a document or print to file. It would be beneficial if pre-printing, the list of music could be sorted (alphabetically, song title, by category, etc.). Ideally, the output would be in CSV or other excel friendly format.

Steve MergedWhile using your AutoDJ, it would be very helpful have a report that lists every song (or jingle) that is played.
