  Cover art to be auto filled when you upload a track. Old Live365 had this - grabbing the art from itunes/Amazon or something like that. It would also look better if when an ad is playing it show a microphone logo or just the Live365 logo rather than a musical note.

  Live365 needs to be able to grab and push out cover art embedded in mp3's. The choices made in both the Live365 widget and on our Live365 pages are often abysmal if not fully wrong no matter how accurate the tag is made in MusicBrainz Picard or any other tagging software. Other similar services have no problem with this so I see no reason Live365 can't get this done.

  Hi, Will- I saw you also submitted a duplicate feature request to this one. This is a known bug in the players and mobile app. They do not always pull art work from the MP3 file, and when they go out to an Internet database to pull the art work they often get it wrong. MusicBrainz was mentioned as that is the tool we recommend you use to clean up their MP3 library and apply correct metadata. The players pull from 2 Internet databases, but we want them to pull from the file 1st by default.

  Users should be able to create a priority list for where they would like covers to be fetched from.
  
  For example, no 1 priority could be the one embedded in the file's ID3 tag. If that is not found, fall back to 2nd priority item which could be an online database (Amazon, Itunes, Tunein)
  
  We could also make a "custom album art" item and get a bit creative here. Like display a certain album art for a certain Artist.

  yes this would be great... if auto dj can pull from stored ID tag at least make it known where art is pulled from online when switching to Live DJ... if it's a source that's like Discogs or any member account site put any missing album art on us to upload to said site... (maybe?)

  Appearance is everything, and an audio stream that is constantly not posting an image at all, or an entirely wrong image, looks terrible. After investing $$ in software that gives me more control over song history, rotation rules, etc. I was really disheartened to find that my stream now sometimes plays 5,6 songs in a row with no cover art displayed, even though it has been tagged correctly in MusicBrainz.

  I like the idea of changing artwork per show. If I am broadcasting live and interviewing a particular artist, it would be nice if I could display the artist on the widget.

  it would be better if we could just drag and drop artwork into existing file edit process. in the way that iTunes album artwork can be added to info. the Live365 process is needlessly complicated and slow.

  I think the old Live365 may have retained art uploads and automatically added them to new song uploads from the same album, using the album title string? Anyway, a new problem I've seen creep up in just the last few months is that the album art does not appear for the song that's currently playing - it only shows up after the song is done and moves down below and a new one starts playing. The currently-playing song just shows the generic grey "note" graphic.

  How about using the station's logo picture as album artwork for songs without artwork where the search for artwork doesn't result in any. This would at least help with branding and is better than the prior picture carrying forward to the next track.

  IMAGE WEIRDNESS -- I have created voice tracks totally from scratch, but for some reason your Android player and sometimes the website will place some kind of "matching" image that has no relation to what I'm running. I have a program segment called "Lights Out" which for some reason pulls up an image that looks to be from some hip-hop. Other times an image appears to encourage the listener to click on an Apple Tunes purchase. I am not running anything of the kind!
  
  I want to be able to turn off all images, either imported from the mp3s or from your company's search algorithm and replace them with my own image. It gets frustrating to see some irrelevant track from Apple displayed!

  Due to the delay in loading the images timely while track is playing, I'd prefer to simply have a universal image (or two) that we can upload to be displayed for all tracks on that station. The station logo would be used.
