We work with over 300 playlists and not seeing them alphabetized when creating a new event. -

Tyrone K Sullivan Mergeda way to be able to move the bubbles (events) day to day instead of going in and doing the whole drop-down steps just to move it to another date and time. It will give us the ability to move the event to any other day or time of the week by just grabbing it and moving it ANYWHERE on the calendar.

Tyrone K Sullivan MergedPlease make the scheduling drop-downs (If we keep them) [see my suggestion for Drag N Drop Scheduling] to work on Android Tablets and phones. It will give Android users full ability to set and control scheduling from their Android devices.

Mark MergedIt would be great to have the ability to cut and paste a playlist into a time slot instead of having to manually schedule it. For example, I have a show that plays at 1pm on Monday. I would also like to replay it on Wednesday. It would be so time-saving to just move or paste the event it into a blank time slot. Thanks for your consideration.

Progressive Rock AZUSA MergedI would like to see this as well. I have a Sunday show that I replay later in the evening and this enhancement would save me time as well.

Jaymie Bowles MergedIt would be nice if you could update a scheduled event in the calendar without it being linked to previous events. As it stands, when you try to update the time of a scheduled event, if there are previous events attached to it, it will not let you update it. Instead, you have to delete the whole occurrence and recreate it the way you need.

Jean Paul Yovanoff MergedAlphabetizing the playlist will make sure a difference. I create a new one everyday and searching through all the lists is so frustrating.

John Lanier MergedAlso...when I try to update a playlist (switch out a song, etc).) while the scheduled playlist is currently "live," when I click 'save playlist', it knocks my station offline.

Ali MergedMy 16-seconds station ID would play 4 times in a row because the Event Duration dropbox doesn't indicate seconds, only WHOLE minutes and hours, so the ID is forced to fill up an entire minute by repeating itself.

Michael Serio MergedI know this would require some serious programming but it would be really helpful if, when I "Create A New Event" to add to the schedule, the Total Running Time (TRT) of the selected playlist would automatically populate in the DURATION field... and then adjust the start/stop times appropriately when I add it to the schedule. Automation systems used on a professional level always have this type feature and it would really be helpful here... especially since most folks have difficulty adding TIME. (which operates on a base of 60 rather than 100)

David Battle MergedThere should be functions that allow duplication of events and playlists.
That way, the broadcaster doesn't have to start the process of creating a new event or playlist all over again.
The broadcaster can just change certain items (i.e. tracks, date of playlist or event), without having to start completely over. Currently, I play playlists 6x daily to accommodate listeners in time zones globally. -

James Yokers MergedTime displays across screens mixes between the 24 hour "military" clock (i.e. 13:00) and the "civilian" clock (i.e. 1:00 PM). Allow us to decide which option we prefer in the account settings. Then ensure all screens that display time adhere to the setting.

Tracy Byrne MergedI would like to be able to click the column titles in areas like Playlists and Media, to resort my list in alpha/numeric ascending and descending orders as well as being able to resort oldest to newest in ascending and descending, just like i can when im in windows explorer looking through my computer files :) i think that would be super useful thanks.

Mary Alice MergedAgreed. The more specific one can be in scheduling the better. I have the same problem so to the minute and second is critical in scheduling.

Wes George MergedI programme a new schedule every day due to the Recurrence problem issue and I use Playlists again which have been played in future shows, it would be very useful to be able to Drag And Drop the old shows into a new future slot in a forthcoming time of day or another day. Currently I must re-enter information which is very time consuming

Wes George MergedThere's no visible space between the scheduled event blocks.
Please see attached image for further clarification
On the new scheduler, there is no visible space between the scheduled event blocks and the amber colour runs from one playlist to the next. Previously we had a surrounding box with a drop shadow which separated them perfectly IMHO. -

Wes George MergedOn the old SCHEDULE you had the FROM and TO times of that PLAYLIST, a visual guide, now you have a Roll Over aid which is a backward step IMHO.

John MergedCurrently when a show starts there is no way to stop. If it doesn't start correctly or if there is breaking news and you want change what is on air you have to wait until the show was to begin to change your programming.

Tom Farley MergedThe new dashboard does not allow clicking on a time slot to the new events creation window. This previous version of the Dashboard made programming easier than the new Dashboard's functionality. With the new Dashboard, you have to click on "Create Event" and enter the time slot there. It takes a lot of extra effort to schedule new events.

Thomas Lowman MergedWith the ability to either reset or stop events when they go off track will allow us to correct issues on our end also having a way to delete an event and re-enter the event in a way the system can determine to play the correct event.

Bogdan Admin MergedSometimes you may want to start fresh and easily clear all the events, instead of having to delete them one by one.
-

Bogdan Admin MergedWhen trying to schedule an event at a time when another is already scheduled, you get an error about the conflict.
It might be a good idea to allow broadcasters to schedule the new event and actually have it supersede the first one. That would make this a way to replace an event, but with fewer steps, where you don't actually have to delete the event that was previously scheduled and just schedule something on top of it. -

Vernon Prince MergedThe events calendar can be very confusing and programming your station should be the easiest thing to do. You might want to shift music or just have the license to move a show....anything programming related and the Calendar is not allowing that. If it did at this point. I would have paid for the whole year. This a huge priority. Please rectify this problem yesterday! Thank you.

Lincoln MergedHopefully we go back to the ‘click the event time’ of former days! Fumbling with the calendar is a major hassle…
OR…
Why can’t there be a ‘add-as-next-event’ option which automatically follows the last scheduled event? One single click! -

Vernon Prince MergedThe Calendar should be like A Microsoft Suite calendar in Outlook. Setting dates and times should be very simple and if you wish to override and change programming it should be a very simple process. I want to enjoy my station and promote it. This will allow me to do so. As I have mentioned in the past I have podcasts I want to program and if the particular time is not good I want to be able to move it around without any issues.

John MergedOur channel will be launching multi-part talk radio segments aired daily. I'd like to have a playlist that would play track 1 on day 1, track 2 on day 2, etc. Even a feature where it automatically resumes the next day at the next unplayed song would suffice. This would save our team a massive amount of programing and get the same results.
Current options on the platform don't give me the clarity and control of order played that we desire. -
