  With an external API we can use it to automatically pull data to a chat if chat offers the feature.

  It would be equally welcome to be able to push metadata during LIVE sessions. Much in the same way BUTT pushes a file when encoding and enabled. However, I've noticed that using BUTT can sometimes add unwanted artifacts just when the metadata push happens. I would be welcomed to also be able to manually update stream metadata on the fly from an API or simple HTTP push.

  Per PlayoutOne, this is a restriction on your end, please open your API to them to allow relay stats. You allow it for SAM why not PlayoutONE?

  "Event" or "Trigger" API availability would be nice. Here's the use case.
  
  There may be times when we broadcast a specific program where we want to notify that it's airing on the radio side right at that point. We could then push it to whatever mobile app, Discord, social media, etc. as an alert to folks in case they want to listen at that moment; this would be especially good when it's a LiveDJ source ("we're live NOW" kind of thing).
  
  The simple way to do this might be some sort of RSS feed that gets updated with whatever's currently playing. That data must exist because the player knows what's playing currently.

  I would like to be able to incorporate LIVE 365 information into an AI build we have developed, allowing for things like creating an event, say to play songs that are trending on social media, trigger promot / internal Ads when audience traffic reaches certain peaks. I imagine the competition must be looking into something similar for their users, it would be great to see LIVE 365 give access to an API endpoint or similar .

  Add support for event callbacks or a JavaScript API to the player widget for event tracking when embedded in a website, allowing direct tracking of when a visitor clicks "play" using custom JavaScript or send such events to Google Analytics. Without this enhancement, a website visitor clicking "play" and listening without any other interactions on my website results in the session duration counter erroneously ending instead of showing the visitor as still actively listening through the widget.

  Suggestion from partner: Once the public API becomes available, please make sure to include a Content_type field to define if the currently playing track is either music or track.

  A lot of the directories want Shoutcast or Icecast and as such they won't accept submissions for live365 streams.
