Single Station Mobile App - Add a real test device to preview push notifications

It would be great to be able to create and test push notifications on our own device or a real test device first before sending it out to our listeners. That way we can see what it looks like in advance.

I think that this is crucial for connecting with listeners. Best would be to create a 2 text push notification per week. So listeners do not feel spammed. If you guys can add this would be great.
