Create a version of Live365, much like Mixxx or Studio365, for broadcasters to run automation locally

Philip Admin PinnedMerged comment: "I would be great if Live365 had it's own broadcaster software with a Go Live button and countdown timer added to the Live365 dashboard that would allow us to be live within seconds.
Using a second party app such as Mixxx isn't practical and the time delay is horrendous!" -

Philip AdminMerged comment: "Yes! I'd prefer to have a live DJ interface through Live365 instead of a second or third party app"

Philip AdminMerged comment: "Hopefully I'm talking about the same thing but... There were a lot of glitches, and when they "upgraded" the GUI it was virtually unusable - i kept the old Studio365 GUI on a thumb drive so I never lost it. But it was great to be able to build a playlist with a set song order, hit a button to run a DMCA check on it, and know that the playlist would simply - and seamlessly - repeat from from the first song immediately after the last, with no wrestling with a "schedule" necessary at all."

Philip AdminMerged comment: "It would really be a plus for Live365 to develop its own radio caster that is capable of capturing a broadcaster's audio and microphone input and broadcasts it live to listeners on mobile devices and the net. Oh! If it could display an accurate listener count too, that would be awesome."

Philip AdminMerged comment: "I loved the old Studio365. It was so much easier to build a playlist! One thing that made it easier was the fact that tracks were numbered. When you got a notification that your playlist wasn't DMCA compliant, it would tell you which track numbers were too close to each other and it was easy to find them so you could adjust their placement."

Philip AdminMerged comment: "Yes, this would be better and be more effective and right with scheduling and metadata for licensing purposes than using a third-party playout automation system as it would be already part of the Live365."

Philip AdminMerged comment: "I would like to see a Live365 native program similar to SAM Cloud Live DJ be added to our service. I use SAM Cloud primarily because of this option and prefer its interface, but do not enjoy the lack of stability I sometimes get with the connection to Live365."

Philip AdminMerged comment: "It would be great if Live365 had its own broadcast program, similar to SAM Broadcaster PRO, for example.
This would eliminate any third party broadcast developers that get in the way and prevent you from broadcasting your Live365 station using their platform without paying them hidden monthly fees first." -

Philip AdminMerged comment: "Isn't it Live365 so you can broadcast your own radio station but then you have to go to a 3rd party source to actually go live. Studio365 was a lot easier to navigate for us older folks please bring it back....."

Thaddaeus Morgan MergedThe capability to host a live broadcast directly within the Live365 desktop platform, supporting real‑time microphone input and remote guest participation, while natively managing scheduled and on‑demand commercial breaks. This integrated workflow removes the need for external broadcasting software and streamlines live show production and ad insertion from a single interface.
