Reseller Options with Upsells
I believe Live365 could expand by offering a White Label Reseller Program. Live365 would power the infrastructure, licensing, and support, while resellers handle sales and client relationships.
Resellers could sell streaming and apps under their brand, with optional co-branding like “Powered by [Reseller].” This gives stations a fully branded solution while Live365 still drives the backbone. A reseller support model—similar to GoDaddy—would let Live365 scale while empowering resellers to manage clients directly.
I personally know several FM stations not yet streaming that would adopt immediately under this model. It’s a win-win: Live365 grows its customer base, resellers earn markup, and stations get turnkey streaming.
