Event Creation - Playlist Support

Add a feature to support way the Live365 system programs playlists inside an event. As you know it can be a challenge to get the playlist to run through correctly without either cutting off a track or repeating the first track. A possible solution would have the playlist builder provide the ability to add a tag that could be attached or indicated on the last track. Like a end of file (EOF) marker. The system knows the total length of the playlist as the tracks are added. If the tag was allowed, it would tell the system that this is the last track and to revert back to the regularly scheduled rotational playlist.
