Option to "Kick" off listener "immediately"
There are times when listeners mistakenly tune in two or three times with different tabs on their browsers, tune in with different devices, or with suspicious but "legitimate" User Agents. You can see that they are tuned in multiple times, so you just kick them off "Immediately" and give them the option to quickly get back on without punishing them. This happens quite a bit and with this option, you could as well "Kick" off all their connections but leave just one on and see what happens.

There are times when a listener is unaware that they have several browsers open when they are tuned in . When they do this, the TLH is treating each open browser as a separate listner . It would be nice if we can immediately disconnect the listener to avoid access TLH. Having the ability to do this will cut down on the money paid as a result and keep us from banning a faithful listener. -

Matt MergedLike to have the option to ban User Agents. Would help stop those using Rippers. Also like to have the option to kick users rather than ban them if I don't want too.

Rob Galgano MergedAdd the ability to remove listeners immediately instead of banning them and waiting for the ban to take effect. Makes it easier to fight suspected stream rippers.

frank miller Mergedi agree. an immediate removal, but not necessarily a ban. it could prevent many things that add up to wasted tlh.

Kevin MergedThis feature should be a no-brainer. The current option of "banning" an IP is of very little use since doing so let's the listener continue to listen for the duration of the current session, 2 hours being the minimum time that we can set. After they are disconnected due to session limits and realize that their IP no longer works, they just use a VPN, get a new IP address and continue with another 2 hour session. I have unequivocal proof that this is happening on my station with literally hundreds of TLHs being used by these VPN stream rippers. I have no doubt that if I could immediately kick them from the connection, they would eventually go away. I can only assume that Live365 does not have a problem with this because those stolen (from me) TLHs contribute to their total system-wide TLHs which is used to set advertising prices in the streams.. the more, the better. It's our station, we are paying for it. We should have this ability if we deem it necessary to use.

Rob GalganoI agree with this one as I see this happening on a daily basis. One time I had one listener listed EIGHT times. Also helpful when geoblocking and IP blocking don't work (which happens a lot). It would be nice to be able to handle it myself rather than open a ticket and wait.

Anthony MergedA chosen preset time option ends listener connection after a certain chosen number of hours per day.
It is a complete restriction but a temporary ban, where listeners cannot reconnect until after a certain time.
An optional explanation can be shown to listener.
The current Session Duration can still be used within the chosen preset time.
Example:
12-hour total listener connection is set within 24 hours.
After 12 hours, listener is restricted from listening until 24 hours has elapsed (in this case 12 hours later).
An optional explanation is shown to listener.
The current Session Duration setup can still be used within the 12 hours.
Reasons:
It is extremely helpful for those concerned with their TLH limits.
Listeners may have stopped listening but may still be connected to the station.
Banning listeners who continuously reconnect each time the Session Duration preset has been reached is VERY CUMBERSOME.
It limits potential misdeeds done by those who are connected non-stop -

Clif M. Adminfrom Anthony W: We should have the ability to temporarily ban listeners from areas within the country, like States, Coasts, Regions, Time Zones, etc.
