Automatically add Ads to playlists

Make it so playlists have ads automatically added to it, instead of having to go through the whole list and add them to it.

This was one of the goals of the ClockWheels engine. CW's save you time and help to avoid mistakes. You can have a small template with your Ads and ID's mixed in with your music, and any event generated by this template will play those needed elements.
