Schedule rotation of Station ID's
I'd like to do two things:
1. evenly rotate ID's (sometimes the same one plays a few times in a row)
2. Schedule the same ID (or a sequence to play at a fixed interval) - this ensures the station ID is played every 10 (or whatever interval) minutes. - thanks!

As the system currently stands, IDs get queued up when a playlist or clockwheel is played. For instance, I have the "play Station ID" setting at 4 per hour (so, approximately every 15 minutes). If I play a playlist that lasts 45 minutes long (as one just did), when the playlist is over, three ID's are played back-to-back in order to "catch up" because none where played in the playlist.
I think this logic is wrong - I can't see there being any reason why a broadcaster would want more than one ID played at a times, certainly not three! Therefore I prose that either this is "fixed" to just play one ID , or - for flexibility - have an option to quash it. -

Gregg MergedAll you have to do is mark your jingles as ID's and then have them play in your clock wheel after the Live365 ad.

Kevin MergedTerrestrial radio has something spoken before a commercial break and then plays a voiceover or jingle to get back to music or other programming. Can we get Auto DJ to do that as a default. This would involve creating a Separate category for tagging jingles separately from ID’s and voiceovers. I know something can be set up in clock wheels but why not make this the default(broadcaster can alter the default if they choose to).

The Big Band Jazz Review MergedI have Voice ID’s and a few Sung Jingles. It would be great to have a Sung Jingle category in addition to the ID category. Then have an ID before the AD break, and option to follow the break with a Sung Jingle.

Robert Hooper MergedI would like a "Segment Start" ID/Sweeper slot and "End of Segment" ID/Sweeper slot, as well as a "Top of the Hour" ID slot. (I realize I can create custom clockwheels to do this but it seems this would be easily implemented into AutoDJ mode)

Paul Gasper MergedMake it easier to schedule jingles without scheduling a playlist or clockwheels. Create a jingle menu where files marked as jingles will appear. Create a jingle playlist within the jingles menu, apply the file(s) that are already marked as a jingle, then have action attributes that have simple selections to get jingles to play as desired. These would be "per minute" (select however many minutes you want it to play, like every 16 minutes); "hourly" (select to play it once every hour - then sub select the time it is to play within said hour); "daily" (select to play it once per day - then sub select the time it is to play within said day); and "between songs" (select how many songs you want played before the jingle plays, like after every 5th song). Creating these actions will then have the jingle played daily without having to create multiple scheduled events (they will auto-reoccur). You can finish these off by having the flexible, strict, and crossfade options as well.

Thomas Dole MergedNow, if one gets kicked into "random," any liner will play, such as..."it's late at night...thanks for listening" at mid-day. We could dedicate generic liners to play if we go into the dreaded "random" play.
